PSYCH-K
"PSYCH-K™ is a user-friendly way to rewrite
the 'software' of your mind in order to change
the 'printout' of your life."
Robert. M. Williams, M.A. Originator of PSYCH-K™

SPIRITUALITY
Spirituality has been a support system in my
life for years. I choose to do Spiritual Coaching
with clients who also have a spiritual oasis available
to them. My personal spiritual journey includes:
Methodist Church, A Course in Miracles,
Unity Church, Theosophical Society, and a Womens
Circle. My daily practice of meditation and prayer
also lend a depth to my life.
Spirit is the life of God (Higher
Power) within us. Saint
Teresa of Avila
Spirit represents that which we
cannot validate with our senses. Like the wind
that we can feel but cannot see. My personal understanding
of spiritual practice is that it is a way of making
my life work at a higher level and of receiving
guidance for handling problems. Wayne
Dyer
May all thoughts that will be encouraging
to my growth and unfoldment come through.
May all negative thoughts be transformed by
my light and a blessing sent back to the sender.
May all my thoughts of growth and love
and compassion and positivity come through.
May all of my negative thoughts be neutralized.
Joan Boryshenko
"Once you tune your mind to the frequency
of faith, the evidence of things not yet seen
will begin to appear, just as the word and music
appear out of thin air from the radio broadcast
that you have tuned in to. Substance is the energy
out of which all things are created, and it is
outformed through our faith."
Eric Butterworth
"The first step in dealing with feelings
is to recognize each feeling as it arises. The
agent that does this is mindfulness. In the case
of fear, for example, you bring out your mindfulness,
look at your fear, and recognize it as fear.
You know that fear springs from yourself and that
mindfulness also springs from yourself. They are
both in you, not fighting, but one taking care
of the other."
Thich Nhat Hanh
"We would be much happier if we tried to
stay in touch with the healthy, joyful seeds
inside of us and around us. We should learn
to ask, 'What's not wrong?' and be in touch with
that. There are so many elements in the world
and within our bodies, feelings, perceptions,
and consciousness that are wholesome, refreshing,
and healing. If we block ourselves, if we stay
in the prison of our sorrow, we will not be in
touch with these healing elements."
Thich Nhat Hanh
Remember the Sabbath means remember that
everything you have received is a blessing. Remember
to delight in your life, in the fruits of your
labor. Remember to stop and offer thanks
for the wonder of it. As Brother David Steindl-Rast
reminds us, the Chinese pictograph for 'busy'
is composed of two characters: heart and
killing. Wayne
Muller
"Velocity is addictive and velocity for
the sake of velocity is a constant temptation.
If it takes discipline to work, it also takes
discipline not to work, to allow the water level
to rise until action becomes again the natural
spilling forth of inner fullness. There is a cyclicity
to life, a recognizable on-off pulse. When
we force action, we experience strain. And
yet, forcing action can be more comfortable and
familiar than allowing fruitful ambiguity. Ambiguity
frequently breeds anxiety, and this uncomfortable
anxiety in turn catalyzes new directions. The
ability to endure ambituity is a learned skill.
