How we could work/play together…
Most of my spiritual coaching clients
“meet” with me by phone three times
per month for 40 minutes. Initially we discuss
spiritual foundation information like values,
goals and life purpose. Then clients are responsible
for determining the specific topic of each call.
Whatever is going on that is pushing their buttons
or confounding or pleasing them could be the subject
of a Spiritual Coaching call.
I now use an easy and effective modality
that focuses on positive life change. Together
using Psych-K TM we reprogram negative beliefs
stored in the subconscious into affirmations that
support you to move ahead. Then your desires can
manifest.

Options
I work with some clients in monthly phone or
face-to-face settings in the Chicago and suburban
(including Naperville) areas. I also have some
spiritual or career coaching clients who meet
with me quarterly or only once a month to note
their progress or address a concern.
I conduct spiritual coaching, prosperity
and career coaching workshops (for women’s
groups, churches, and LGBT organizations) and
short-term holistic and prosperity group coaching.
I also lead telephone classes on a variety of
topics, so check the Resources/Groups page for
an updated schedule.
Group Coaching
Sometimes the most effective way to be coached
and supported is by joining a group. I regularly
lead short-term face-to-face or telephone spiritual
and holistic coaching group experiences. We focus
on holistic approaches to manifesting, life balance,
career change, life purpose, forgiveness, and
other spiritual issues. Email me if you are interested
in joining or starting a group.
E-Coaching
Over long distances (globally) e-coaching is
a way for us to connect and “play together.”
I have clients who combine phone coaching and
email check-ins to keep them on track while making
changes. Email me if you are interested in experimenting
